i remember playing an old flash game, where you control a soldier and you kill other soldiers, the game has a top down view and a level editor, the game, i think, had a "gta movement mode" where your movement was affected by your aim, like, if you pressed "d", you'd move counter-clock wise or something, i may be wrong.
